When is it considered to be "lawful and unlawful"force ? Im no expert, But im positive that its pretty fucking unlawful when a college student has 100"s of volts of electricity being shot throughout his body while at the same time being subdued by the weight of a 200 lb plus police officer's knee being pressed into the upper portion of his back and neck. As a political/social activist, I’ve had my scuffle's with the police and their so called "non-threatening" acts of control in tense situation's in which they get to use fun items, like pepper spray and rubberized bullets to fire at unarmed civilians that are disobeying their authority, So I am well aware of when a cop is within and way out of fucking reach of lawful behavior. In a college campus here in Los Angeles, A 23-year-old student was administered multiple taser shocks by UCLA Police Department officers in the Powell Library computer lab on campus. They reported that "He didn’t comply with our orders for him to leave when he failed showing proper i.d.". Thankfully a fellow college student not only saw what really happened (which to my amazement is completely different from what the pigs said) But also happened to get the incident recorded to her phone (God bless camera phones). While the incident occurred other concerned students begin to question the officers and demand he be left alone, Their response was "Get back! or your next" . The young lady recording everything began to shout "Here's your Patriot Act, here's your ... abuse of power,". The police Sargent of the officers involved said this "If he was able to walk out of here, I think he was OK," .Was that a joke or was this asshole serious? On two other accounts involving the L.A.P.D. , one in which a man is being pepper sprayed in the face while in hand cuffs in the back seat of a police cruiser and of course the incident in Hollywood with two pigs on top of a guy beating the living shit out of him while he's restrained. Now these are just cases that we have heard of, Imagine if you will the violence done to citizens in the disguise of night, When there is nobody around to see, hear or record. So while all of this is occurring the chief of police is supporting his officer's stating that "What his officers did was well within the law".........Fuck that and fuck him. Wether its that hit in the head with a baton or that kick to the stomach while hand cuffed and on the floor, The police have always and WILL always continue to abuse their power. It’s the way of the world, We give them the authority and they abuse it and in a case where a guy is getting the shit beat out of him and decides to fight back, we condemn him as a criminal. Don’t get me wrong, Some people just need their ass's kicked. the unfortunate thing about that it, is that its always the ones on the other side of the law that deserve it. A warning: In a society where those that are meant to keep the peace continue to defy, dilute and pervert its ideology, It is then within the right of the citizen to maintain his own order by any mean necessary. History repeats itself and with all the bullshit happening here in L.A., I see another April 29th 1992 in effect as we speak.

 

 

Its Saturday night and im at home because i think im coming down with a cold, My nose has been stuffed for the last couple of hours and my throat itch's.........My girlfriend sucks (She gave me her cold). So I decided to update my journal. Ahh.... Hallows-eve, It’s the one time of year I can be insane openly and nobody cares. This biggest problem I seem to have with this holiday is that I never know what I want to be for the day, Last year I went as a sarcastic, Leftist, Asshole....Im thinking of trying something different this year. Besides the Issue of identity, there is the problem of what to do on all these available calendar dates? So far I have two Halloween parties to attend,. One Rocky Horror Picture show Sit-in, The West Hollywood Halloween parade where I love seeing heavily intoxicated men hit on drag queens not knowing that their really dudes........Just Classic! and A horror movie night featuring one of my favorite B -movie horror/cult films of all time......Killer Clowns from Outer Space.......Fuck yeah. If you have never seen it then you should definitely buy or rent it cause if you don’t they’ll find you and turn you into cotton candy in order to suck out you blood! So rent it. The funniest thing about all of these is that my girlfriend probably wont, doesn’t plan to, Or isn’t even interested in going to any of them, On top of that I think she’s a bit pissed about the Evanescence concert I cancelled. Cause im too much of a lazy ass to want to go at the end of the month. I know....I suck, Im learning to accept that. Did I mention that Killer Clowns from outer space has a theme song written by "The Dickies" which not only am I listening to right now out of pure excitement for the movie event, But I will even post the lyrics to the song for those that want to learn it at the end of this blog. Between the rocky horror picture show and the horror movie night, I don’t know how to control myself. Speaking of cross dressing men in make-up mutilating singing motorcycle driver’s and molesting engaged couples in a mansion of full of freaky new years dancers, I cant wait for that either. Ill know all the song’s and I have bags full of rice.....Fuck yeah part 2. Well that’s about it.

I was going to update but I realized i would be repeating myself, So nevermind. Rebel, Fight back and all that good stuff

It has now been 4 months, 2 weeks, 8 days, 12 hours and 45 seconds since the last time I smoked weed. Why havent I smoked? Because my girlfriend does not agree with it by reasons of her own personal understanding of it (memory loss, lack of energy, etc) and since I do believe in "compromise" I havent done it. So I havent smoked, When I get real stressed out..I havent smoked, When bullshit just falls from the sky  and chooses me to be it's landing target...I havent smoked, Or when life gives me a swift kick to the nuts wearing steel toe boots and doesnt even consider handing me an ice pack afterwards...I still havent smoked. What does all this mean? It means I really want to get high and if I dont soon I will probably end up going nuts, More than I already am might I add. Its not that im some pothead who only gets high because it gives me an excuse to act like a dick and eat everything in sight, I want to get high because of the way it makes me feel......at peace. True it may be a temporary peace that will last for a few hours, Maybe less depending on how potent it is, But none the less it is peace. It helps me to remove every single ounce of utter bullshit that has sucked it's way into my life like some kind f evil parasite. I want to smoke because ultimately it is a release. Now according to the invisible contract that me and my girlfriend signed, It states that I have ONE MORE TIME to get high and then I must give up smoking weed for good and throw or give away all of my marijuana related items, which sucks because it has taken me years to collect most of them. So now you see my issue, I cant just get high one last time and lose that privelage forever, I must savor it for a day that I can truely use it, A day worthy of being called the last day of smoking. I cant waste it, So until that day comes (which the deadline of is this year) I will continue my days of none smoking. No matter how much it pains me.

The American media has been reporting about the "Hundreds" of Cubans in Florida that have been Celebrating the possibility that he may die. But what has gone unreported is the thousands of Cubans that have supported him since the beginning of his regime. The thousands of Cubans that love and adore him. Speaking to one of my Cuban friends earlier, She informed me of her family and they’re great sadness concerning Fidel, My friends mother spoke of how she loved Fidel and all the things he has done for the people of her country and how she would rather die before she would allow Cuba to go back to original Fascist regime of Batista-like Dictatorship, But Now that Castro has temporarily resigned, President Bush has already undergone plans to "Reform" Cubas government saying, "If Fidel Castro were to move on because of natural causes, we've got a plan in place to help the people of Cuba understand there's a better way than the system in which they've been living under," . For over 47 years, Fidel's Plan has done the Cuban people just fine, despite constant U.S. interference fueled by its unprecedented fear of Communism. Though I do believe that Raul will make a fine President for the Cuban people, I fear that the these Gusanos and other traitors of the cause will use this as a opportunity to "brings things back to the good ol days" with help from the U.S. government, Just as they helped with the slaughter of the "People's freedom fighter, Ernesto "Che" Guevara. In school I was taught about how bad of a person Fidel was, about how all the people of Cuba were miserable and that communism was evil, But at the same time I was taught that Christopher Colombus was a hero, The native Americans "gave away" their lands and the Capitalist system was GOD ordained to the American people. Given these so called facts, I researched things on my own and found out that Fidel has done more for people internationally than every one of our stick-up the ass, Money hungry, corporate whore presidents of his time combined, Not just that, But he did it for the people, Not for the political or economical gain he would receive from doing so.Former South African President Nelson Mandela quoted once,

"Long live the Cuban Revolution. Cuban internationalists have done so much for African independence, freedom, and justice. We admire the sacrifices of the Cuban people in maintaining their independence and sovereignty in the face of a vicious imperialist campaign designed to destroy the advances of the Cuban revolution. The Cuban revolution has been a source of inspiration to all freedom-loving people." - Nelson Mandela.

A final thought is this, Why does America hate Fidel so much? Because Fidel stood up against it, Fidel did not allow himself to be bullied by the superpowers of the world and refused to give into imperialist occupation, By doing that, He isolated himself and his people from the world alliance of hostile takeover. Wether you believe Fidel is saint or sinner, Understand this, Everything that man has done has been for the strength and empowerment of his people and that is something no man can take away from him, Even in death. 'Son, For democracy any man would give his only begotten son.'

Dalton nailed the head on the coffin with that, For Democracy which was once a ideal of great potential is now nothing more than a type of system, Just like totalitarianism, Communism, Socialism , Anarchy or anything else you can devise, In its true form it’s nothing more than a system. Wether its original intent was to enforce justice, truth or freedom is irrelevant to its purpose now. The name has been tainted and stained with blood soaked intentions of power and financial gain which has raped its definition and mutated it into an oil hungry monster. Think about it! , Whenever politicians speak of democracy, the subject is always war, coincidently all of our "enemies of democracy" harbor oil or other rich natural resources. So, America bombs Afghanistan and Iraq all in the name of democracy and we as the American public eat it up with smiling faces because we believe that these decisions are made in the best interest of Democracy. We are a society taken by fear and are now willing to give up are freedoms in the pursuit to "feel free", But I ask you this? With all the governments ridiculous laws and methods of surveillance that it is now probably imposing on you even while you read this at this very moment and time. Do you feel safe?

I love Israel. My faith and my heart belong to it. Even now with all the feelings I have of rebellion and change. But I do not support the destruction or the greed of political gain that is tarnishing that country that calls to my heart. The war with Lebanon is proving costly on both sides, especially in recent events as to where innocent women and children are being caught in the cross fire. So who is to blame? Israel or Lebanon? The Hezballah fire rockets from buildings they know are occupied with civilians, for what reason you ask? Why couldn’t they fight an open war with Israel? Simple, International intervention toward Israel. This is all in their plan to get more countries of the world against her. They fired those rockets at Israel from that building because they knew that Israel would fire back. They knew that if Israel retaliated against them in that building it would send many innocents to their death with the media within camera view causing an international frenzy. These so-called Freedom fighters, These so called Holy rebel forces that kill children in the name of religion and freedom. They are to blame. A rebel against a rebel? Indeed, I am not blind to the corruption and war profiteers that occupy the Israel government, but I am also not blind to the ones that occupy Lebanon’s, A true rebel fighter, confronts his enemy away from the innocent, these cowards use them as shields to gain political endorsements from other countries unfriendly towards Israel. America is in a contract with Israel to supply its military with weapons, tanks, planes etc. Till this day America has not said anything to Israel about its military actions toward Lebanon refusing to call for a cease fire, I wonder why? Maybe it’s because They Supply Their Army! As long as Israel continues fighting, America will continue to get a fat check every month in the amount of billions of dollars. So who is in fault?

C: The Palestinians?

D: The Americans?

Well If you answered "E" then you are correct. I love Israel but not its war. But the question is, If Israel would call a cease fire, extract its troops and declared peace, would this be the end of it? NEVER. As long as "special interest nation’s" are in power, then Peace will always be a dream in this world where war if profitable and human beings are expendable. There is no right is this war, Only wrong. With blood staining both parties hands. The solution is Peace, But by what means are you and I willing to go to receive that prize? My faith belongs to Israel and by all means should she defend herself, But to whose expense is this war profiting, It’s funny how things always seem to tie together.

I awoke, Early that morning

The sun breaking through my eyes like desperate thieves in the night

The air rich with the smell of broken bodies and my ears made deaf from children screaming

I stood in my hall watching the clouds manifest demons from the fire risen smoke that now blinded me

I felt the thick liquid of failed rebellion beneath my feet and I wept

I wept until my tears covered it and would allow me to proceed in my horror filled observation

I stepped out the door and saw the world as I never saw it before, I saw the truth

The smell of corporate chemical waste and oil deprived lands filled with dead hopes and dreams

I stepped out further only to find that I was not alone

A thousand and one souls that stared back at me like mirrored images

all wearing their uniform of freedom and their eyes glittering with anticipation

laying my eyes upon them filled me with their courage

for their faces resembled those that my country shunned for their defiance

and within my shock they vanished, only to leave behind the essence of anger and passion

which traveled towards me with the fury of frightened stallions

I became consumed

Consumed with knowledge, consumed with defiance, consumed with anger, consumed with rebellion

Then upon the streets I saw a mass army

Their flags worshiped flying creatures and their armor was black as night

With them was an arsenal made only with the intent to destroy beauty, Not protect it

And standing in front of them was him

His eyes gave the illusion of purity and his face was mangled with power

Yet I was unafraid

I walked into the streets alone against the armies that came to bring war against me

cannon's and fire arms pointed towards me with the ambitious eyes of soldiers taunting me

I continued my walk while they shouted guidelines of conformity and taunted me with death

All the while, He smiled

But my ears were made deaf to them, only the screams of Zack,Bob and Serj fueled my walk

I saw the fire sprout from their weapons But I continued my walk still unafraid

I fell to my knees, My blood comforting my collapse and my clothes sheltering my wounds

I laid on my back looking towards the red sky as the surrounding light slowly faded

My walk was over, My rebellion failed, My blood wasted upon the floor like that I felt before

I turn my head right, Towards the army the army that celebrated victory

I turned my head left....

And behold, legions of those that had awoken like I had, that had seen the truth just as I had seen it

Now stood before me, from all walks of life and Crees, not bound by ethnicity, But bound by change

He and his armies who worshiped the eagle became afraid

They marched passed me towards the army that brought war screaming chants of defiance

they threw bottles filled with fire and clutched angry closed fist into the war darkened air

I felt my lungs give into the death the rest of my body had accepted

my eyes closed, My breathe was lost, But my Rebellion was Reborn.

 

 

 

 

 

So for the last couple of months there has been a lot of controversy surrounding the government and its tactics of surveillance on its citizens, Paranoid people are probably jumping in their seats because this is only a confirmation of what they have been saying all along. My take on the situation is this, This is a System..... The way the system is ran is through money, power and politics, If the system suspects that you are trying to compromise its livelihood then of course you will be monitored. That’s just the way the cookie crumbles. If you notice the country is slowly but surely becoming a totalitarian State....Think about it

1: complete citizen surveillance

2: propaganda filled media rhetoric

3: global war initiatives

4: Creations of American corporate clones being distributed throughout the world

 5: YOUR FREEDOMS ARE SLOWLY BEING TAKEN AWAY FROM YOU!

But no need to worry, The government knows what its doing and im sure that whatever decisions it makes is for the good of the country, maybe not its citizens, But at least the country will prosper, Just continue to OBEY and everything will be just fine. It’s a system that must sustain itself through any means necessary, In other words......we are Fucked! 

 

 

I had my appointment with the lovely miss Melissa (rep from the school) to discuss financing for my education in the culinary arts and its not as bad as I thought it was going to be, I could get my degree in the arts in 30 weeks for the some-what expensive amount of $19,678.83. Not too shabby, Considering most people have to spend 3 times as much because they go to cordon bleu school's But still expensive, I should be starting in the early fall or late summer. In other news, I stretched my ears the other day, I got them pierced at a eight gauge which is about the size of a small straw, I plan to go to a 4 and leave it at that. Also, I’ve been trying to come up with an idea for my new tattoo which will lead into becoming a continuation sleeve, So far most of my right arm is already done I just new to get started on left which currently only has two.....Yes, Im a freak and damn proud of it. I’ve calmed down a tad bit from my radical ways, I have not used violence as a answer in months.....Shocking isn’t it? I’ve been more mellow lately, drinking tea and relaxing to reggae music. Remember that everyone, Reggae and tea = A nice me! So as long as I keep getting this miracle cure for anger at society I should be well above beating up Nazis, well maybe not that nice....Maybe Ill write them an angry email before I kick their ass's. Anyway...Oh yeah! I’ve been doing this independent film thing every week, Im trying to build up my collection and its going damn well if I may say so myself. So far I’ve bought and watched SLC punk, Motorcycle diaries, White oleander, Bringing Rain, The squid and the whale, Thumb sucker, eternal sunshine of a spotless mind, The Machinist, City of God etc....
